Our Congregation

The defining characteristic of the Parish of the Church of the Holy Innocents is its combination of "community" and "campus" ministry. About half of our members reside at West Point, nearly one-quarter reside in Highland Falls, about ten percent live in Fort Montgomery, and the remaining fifteen percent reside in Cornwall and other nearby towns. We are a diverse congregation in terms of age, gender, race, and community.

We are a member of a cluster of seven Episcopal churches in the region. The clergy of the member churches meet regularly and provide pastoral support to one another's congregations in emergencies. The churches cooperate in outreach activities; such as Habitat for Humanity and special programs during feasts and vacation periods.
